4. Payments, Refunds & Billing Policies

4.1 Consulting Services
Payments for consulting services, strategy calls, or ongoing advisory programs are due as outlined in your proposal, invoice, or contract.
All consulting fees are non-refundable once work begins or a session is completed.

4.2 Digital Products & Downloads
All digital product purchases (templates, guides, checklists, etc.) are non-refundable due to the immediate access nature of digital goods.

4.3 Subscriptions & Recurring Plans
Certain services (including the Noble Advisor Program) renew automatically month-to-month unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Your subscription will remain active until you cancel.

4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension from future services.

5. No Guarantees
We provide expertise, tools, and recommendations based on industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, including revenue increases, staffing improvements, or operational performance. Results vary based on implementation and external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability
